For teams and clients

Petalby for Business

Considered gifting for clients and teams — chosen by hand, delivered to your office in one order.

Tell us what you have in mind See one first

A gesture to a client, a thank-you to a team, a welcome for someone new. We compose it, write the cards by hand in your words, and send it to your office in one delivery on the date you choose.

You deal with one person from the first message to the last box. Tell us what you have in mind and we reply personally, usually the same working day.

Who it is for

Three reasons companies write to us

All three are the same work: somebody chooses the pieces, somebody composes them, and somebody writes the cards.

  • Client gifts

A thank-you at the end of a project, or at the end of a year. Sent to your office in one delivery, with a handwritten card in each one carrying your words rather than ours.

  • Teams

Appreciation, long service, wellbeing. Where everyone should receive the same thing, the Spa Edit sets name every item, so nobody is comparing their box with the one on the next desk.

  • Welcomes and milestones

A new starter, a completion, a leaving gift. Composed to the occasion rather than pulled off a shelf, and shown to you before anything is packed.

How it works

Four steps, and a person at every one

Volume from ten, with tiers at ten, twenty-five and fifty; pricing on enquiry.

  1. You tell us

The occasion, roughly how many, a budget per gift and the date it is needed. The form at the foot of this page asks for nothing else.

  2. We reply

Personally, usually the same working day, with what we would put together and what it would cost. One person, named, for the whole of it.

  3. You see it first

A composition is shown to you before anything is packed, and for a volume order we will send a sample so the judgement is made in the hand rather than on a screen.

  4. We pack and send

Composed and packed by hand, cards written in your words, delivery to one address, and dispatch on the date you choose.

The three ways

What we offer

  • The Spa Edit — fixed compositions from £15 to £90, every item named, so you know exactly what each person receives.
  • Curated Collections — a surprise for the team, composed to the same standard, unrevealed until opened.
  • Composed to order — tell us the occasion, the people and the budget and we will show you a composition before anything is packed.

When it goes wrong

If something becomes unavailable

We buy in small quantities, so a piece can be gone between a proposal and the packing table. When that happens we tell you, propose a substitute of the same character and standard, and wait for your word. Nothing is swapped silently, and nothing is packed that you have not agreed.

It is the honest cost of buying the way we do, and we would rather you heard it here than on the morning the boxes were due.

December

Christmas

Buying the way we do is why nothing here is generic. It also means that once a composition is gone, it is gone. To reserve a named composition for December, talk to us in September; a deposit holds the stock.

Before you commit

See one first

For a volume order, judgement is easier held in the hand than on a screen. Tell us who you are and what you have in mind, and we will arrange a sample composition ahead of the main order.

We reply personally, usually the same working day.

The enquiry

Tell us what you have in mind

Seven fields, and a person reads them. You will hear back personally, usually the same working day, with a composition and a price rather than a brochure.

Or look first

Rather see what you would be sending?

The Spa Edit names every item in the box. The Curated Collections are the same standard at three scales, unrevealed until opened.
