One person reads this inbox, so there is no queue number and no script. If you are writing about an order, including the order number in the subject line gets to an answer faster than anything else. If you are asking whether something is suitable as a gift — whether a scent is strong, whether a kit suits a particular age, whether a piece is heavy — ask. We would rather answer that before you buy than process a return afterwards.
You do not need an account to check on an order. Order lookup asks for the order number and the email address it was placed with, then sends a one-time link to that mailbox — the link is what proves the address is yours, so the details never appear on screen to someone who only knows the number. Returns run for fourteen days and the address for them is below.
