Paper, ink and things worth writing on

14 pieces in stock

Notebooks and cards, pens and pencils, wrapping paper and the odd thing for a desk — and, for people who read, paper gathered with a book in mind. We choose it the way we choose everything else: for the weight of it in a hand, for a cover somebody would keep, and for a ruling that suits the pen. Nothing electrical belongs on this shelf.

Paper is judged with a pen in the hand: whether the nib drags, whether the ink comes through, whether the spine opens flat and stays open. Most notebooks do not.

Already composed

The ready-made Curated Collections, in three sizes. We choose the pieces and compose them to a price rather than to a list, and what arrives is wrapped and unrevealed until opening. How a Curated Collection works.

Every piece in Petalby Stationery

A notebook can go out on its own, or into a Collection with the pen it deserves. Either way it leaves wrapped.
