Orders start at £20, so this one travels with company. Anything from £10 takes it past the line, or The Bud stands on its own.
What it is
Unzip the sheer mesh bag and there they are: two generously ruched shower poufs, one soft peach, one pale blue. The netting is fine and springy, the sort that works a little shower gel into far more lather than seems reasonable. Two, in two colours, which settles the question of who gets which. The bag earns its keep. It is a zip-top mesh pouch with a hanging loop, a deep green ribbon at the pull and Laura Ashley's black-and-white band around the middle. Hang it from the rail or drop it into a wash bag. Mesh is the reason the bag works: it dries quickly, and it hangs from a loop rather than sitting in a puddle on the side of the bath. Two poufs, and the pouch that holds them. For a shared bathroom where nobody can agree whose is whose, or for someone who has been using the same tired pouf since spring. It is a small piece rather than a headline — a housewarming extra, or the quiet second thing in a larger box.
