What it is

A rounded, domed shape in deep tan suede-effect polyester, the brushed nap shifting between honey and chestnut where the light catches it. A small gold-tone double-horseman emblem sits centre front. A matching zip runs the full curve of the top to a slim engraved pull.

Suede-effect polyester, not suede, and it is worth saying which. The nap is brushed rather than smooth, so the colour moves as the bag turns. Inside, a navy lining printed throughout with pale horsemen.

The zip taking the whole curve of the top is the useful part: the bag opens wide rather than through a slot, so nothing has to be fished out blind.
