What it is
Bluebell and jasmine — green underneath, floral over the top, and light enough to wear all day. A spring scent worn honestly: soft, close to the skin, and better for it.
A hundred millilitres of eau de toilette in a glass bottle. Made in East Sussex by The English Soap Company under the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew collection. Eau de toilette is a lighter concentration than perfume, which is why it sits close rather than filling a room.
It is the most expensive single item we carry from this maker, and the one that anchors a larger composition. There is a matching 240 gram Kew bluebell and jasmine soap if the two are going in the same box. Fragrance keeps its character longest away from direct sun.
It suits someone who wears something green and floral in April and something warmer by October, or anyone who has been given heavy perfume once too often.
