What it is

Two pieces from The Retreat, boxed together: a 150ml Calming Wellbeing Mist and a black eye mask in satin-finish polyester, its strap softly ruched. Orange, geranium and thyme — citrus over something greener and more herbal.

The back of the mist carries the full ingredients list and a twelve-month period-after-opening symbol, so there is no guessing at how long it keeps once opened. It also carries the sensible note about keeping it clear of the eyes, which is worth reading before the first press. Satin-finish polyester is a smooth-faced fabric, which is the point of using it for a mask.

Somewhere between a small thank-you and a care package for someone running on empty — or a Sunday evening kept entirely to yourself. It suits someone who takes their evenings seriously and does not need another candle. Two pieces, one box, and nothing to assemble.
