Delivery and returns, in full

Orders start at £20, so this one travels with company. Anything from £8 takes it past the line, or The Bud stands on its own.

What it is

The medium is the size to buy twice. If more than one room in a home is getting a diffuser this is the one to repeat: enough presence to belong to an arrangement, not so much that it takes the surface over.

It suits rooms that get sat in rather than walked through — a bathroom with the door closed, a bedroom at the end of a long day, a small sitting room where the large would crowd the shelf. A sideboard takes it comfortably, and so does a bedroom chest with a lamp already on it.

Reeds set the pace. Nothing is lit and nothing is switched on, so the scent arrives at the rate the reeds allow rather than all at once, and a room never gets the sudden wall of it that a spray gives.

A small parcel tied with twine and a blank card on an oak table.

Presentation

Every order is packed by hand. Just the items, simply wrapped is how it travels unless you say otherwise, and it costs nothing. A presentation level dresses it for giving — one for the whole order, chosen in your basket.

The Sprig +£3.50: tissue wrap, ribbon, handwritten note card
The Garland +£7.50: gift box, tissue wrap, ribbon, handwritten note card, dried-botanical sprig

Add the handwritten card at checkout and we write your message out by hand. How we wrap.

Our promise

Every piece here is chosen on its own merits by a person who has handled the alternatives and set most of them aside. Some of what we sell we make ourselves; the rest is made by other people and chosen by us, and we say which is which.

If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we replace it or refund it, and we pay the return postage. Our Promise, written down.

Not sure this is the one? The Bud is composed by hand around pieces like it, and the contents stay a secret until it is opened.

No reviews are shown on this page yet. Ours come only from verified orders and are published as written, from the first one we approve. How reviews work.
